Hand crafted set of cherry
tables was commissioned
to Highwood Joinery by a
private client, the client
had seen a photograph of
a set of tables, and this
sparked an idea, as they
had been looking for a set
of tables but were not able
to see what they required
for their own use.

All timber's cut,
shaped and cleaned
by hand, traditional
mortise and tenon
joints used throughout.
Skilfully and lovingly
shaped and moulded
legs to give the
desired effect.
Shaped and moulded
rails give the tables
a nice appearance,
and blended into
the legs to give
a real solid look. |

The tables were made
of solid cherry and stained
and polished to match the
clients existing furniture.
Toughened bevelled glass,
with sandblasted top face
was used for the tops.
Inset into a wide timber
border.

The end result was
a very satisfied
customer, who has
since ordered more bespoke
furniture to compliment
the tables. |
