sustainable materials whenever
possible.

Bookcases - Marlborough College
Keeping in line with the style
and period of the original joinery.
The upstairs shelving needed be
stepped to sit underneath the buttresses
of the original building.
The computer library beneath required
an office area to be created. This
had it own issues; where the office
protruded slightly out from the
balcony above (gallery area upstairs)
it therefore needed a corner section
to be added to the roof of the office
matching the existing fascia design
which you can see running around
the balcony fascia.

Kitchen Units - Calne, Wilts.
A young local couple had bought
the house in a very bad state of
disrepair. Deciding to make this
place their dream home they were
recommended to speak to Highwood
Joinery to design the kitchen area
with specific requirements in mind.
They, as with most kitchen builds,
already had various white goods
which needed incorporating and some
awkward structural considerations
to keep in mind.
